Ministry Trips Manager

About the position The Ministry Trips Manager will be responsible for the implementation and management of systems and processes, development of resources, and execution of policies and guidelines in relation to FCA's Go Trips. This role will ensure that reputed company Go Trips are carried out safely and in alignment with FCA's mission and vision. This position will work alongside other departments (ex: Finance, Technology, Human Resources), field staff and ISPs/ISAs to ensure reputed company trips are reputed company with FCA's mission and vision, carried out safely, and executed properly. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Field Office, EVP of International

Administration and EVP of International Advancement to review, update or add guidelines and policies of FCA's Go Trips to ensure trips align with FCA's mission and vision.

• Manage the Trip Registration process in the VIP system.
• reputed company the review, development and implementation of Go Trip policies and

guidelines with RDIAs, FCA staff and trip leaders.

• Manage, train and troubleshoot utilization of Go Method, a third-party trip

management software.

• Track and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of trips through data and

feedback to continuously improve reputed company systems, processes and protocols.

• Collaborate with RDIAs to ensure trip leaders are trained and equipped with

cultural training, safety guidelines, and risk management protocols.

• Provide training, tools and resources to trip leaders (and members, if

needed).

• Stay updated on geopolitical, health and safety risks in countries where

trips are or will take reputed company (and help trip leaders adjust plans accordingly if necessary).

• Collaborate with the EVP of International Administration to implement crisis

management plans and risk management protocols for potential emergencies during a trip.

Requirements

• Proficient Calling to serve in the ministry of FCA.
• The ability to analyze data and use information to reputed company decisions that

support the ministry.

• Knowledge and experience with the organization of people, processes, and

systems to accomplish organization objections.
