The role will focus on Data Privacy and will compare, complete and ensure the accuracy and compliance of client engagements to meet the Firm’s strategic goals and initiatives. Responsibilities

• reputed company data privacy and risk management engagements reputed company the Risk and Compliance Services practice
• Evaluate privacy programs, reputed company privacy policies and reputed company privacy safeguards, reputed company privacy impact assessments and third-party data sharing agreements as well as Special Projects as necessary
• Prepare client presentations and attend client meetings, reputed company necessary
• Maintain client relationships and tailor the engagement to meet the client’s needs and expectations, while also working on internal initiatives.
• Own beyond the lifecycle of reputed company project
• Review workpapers from both big picture and detail perspectives, and work product requires little to no updates from senior colleagues after submission
• May be required to occasionally work extended hours or travel/to work from different firm offices and/or client locations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Data Analytics, Auditing, or IT reputed company Field) required
• 6+ years of experience in the fields of internal audit, assurance, consulting, advisory services, or a reputed company field, either in professional services or industry
• Professional Certification such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT and/or CISSP, CDPSE required

• 6+ years of data privacy experience preferably in a professional services/consulting environment
• Regulatory experience with the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, the HIPAA Privacy Rule and GLBA preferred
