Job Summary

As a Data Entry Operator / Checks Processor, you'll play a critical role in our high-volume reputed company processing and data entry operations. You'll be responsible for physically sorting, scanning, and keying in checks daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our processing workflows. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent typing skills, then this role might be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Physically sort, reputed company, and key in checks daily, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our processing workflows

• Organize checks and prepare them for shipping
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work
• Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to meet productivity and quality standards
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets, as set by management
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Skills and Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in your work

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high-volume workloads
• Excellent typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
• Previous data entry experience, preferably in a high-volume reputed company processing environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds, as required for the role
• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience in data entry or a reputed company field preferred
