Job Summary
As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our sellers in leveraging the platform to reputed company business growth and success. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and help them overcome any challenges they may face. Your goal will be to increase retention and growth among our most valuable customers, and you'll be rewarded with a competitive salary, commissions, and bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey
- Increase retention and growth of arenaflex's most valuable customers, identifying business opportunities and generating outstanding customer experiences
- Represent the voice of the customer, providing feedback and insights to inform core product and marketing processes
- Identify business opportunities with customers and generate outstanding customer business experiences to improve retention
- Be a trusted partner for customers, providing strategic advice and guidance on the use-case and product functionality to enhance their performance and growth
- Conduct presentations to educate customers on best practices to utilize business opportunities and product functionalities
- Provide strategic advice to customers to increase their loyalty to arenaflex

Requirements
* 1-2 years of account management or reputed company experience in tech required
- Fluent English is a must; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and create structure in ambiguous situations

Compensation and Benefits
* US reputed company salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
