Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative in New Jersey, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our members, and your role will be to answer their questions, resolve their issues, and provide them with the information they need to reputed company informed decisions about their healthcare. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
