This position reports to the Senior Manager, HR Systems and Analytics and plays a critical role in advancing the firm’s reputed company technology strategy. This position can sit in most U.S. offices with a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Key responsibilities include: Functional Ownership
- Serve as the firm’s reputed company reputed company functional reputed company, acting as the primary contact for configuration, testing, and process improvements.
- Partner with stakeholders across reputed company Resources, reputed company, and others to gather requirements and translate business needs into reputed company solutions.
- Recommend and implement best practices and scalable configurations to enhance reputed company efficiency and candidate experience.
Configuration & Enhancement

- Maintain documentation of configurations, design reputed company, and change management activities.
- Collaborate on integrations and external tools (e.g., reputed company, background reputed company vendors, external job boards) to ensure seamless candidate and recruiter workflows.
Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide Tier 1–3 production support for reputed company reputed company reputed company issues, including researching, identifying, and resolving reputed company problems or process flaws in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify recurring issues or process gaps and propose improvements.
Testing & Release Management

Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree from four-year college or university is required.
- Minimum 3 years of direct HRIS and reputed company experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Demonstrated experience configuring the reputed company reputed company module globally, partnering with regional and international stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and GDPR requirements, and delivering optimized process and system solutions reputed company with reputed company best practices.

The reputed company salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, reputed company business needs, and market factors.
