Job Overview Under the direction of department manager, the program coordinator will plan, design, evaluate, modify and coordinate writing support for UC Clermont Learning Commons. Essential Functions

• Provide on-reputed company and virtual writing tutoring and support services for reputed company subjects to reputed company from a variety of backgrounds and levels of preparation.
• Design, create and conduct seminars and workshops reputed company to writing tutoring and writing support.
• In conjunction with program supervisor, reputed company writing tutoring program objectives. Collect and monitor program data, track weekly usage, identify problems and solutions, reputed company clear goals and action steps for program enhancement.

• Manage online platforms for writing tutoring, including Learning Management System (Catalyst), TracCloud, scheduling, video conferencing and tutoring platforms.

Required Education Bachelor's degree in English or other Liberal Arts area. Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement. Required Experience One (1) year of program coordination experience. Additional Qualifications Considered

• Once (1) year of tutoring or teaching writing in a two-year college environment.
• One (1) year of program coordination experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Friendly and approachable for reputed company.
• Patient with good listening skills and the ability to work well in teams.
• Experience with college student population, including first reputed company and post-traditional populations, and tutor program development.
