This role combines HR Business Partner leadership with enterprise talent planning, helping ensure our leaders, teams, and talent strategies are positioned to support operational excellence across our markets. Responsibilities: The Impact You Will reputed company As Director, HR Business Partners & Talent Planning, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, helping translate business priorities into integrated people strategies that support performance, leadership development, and organizational growth. You will partner closely with HR leadership and operational leaders to strengthen succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and performance management practices across the organization. In this role, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and reputed company people matters

- Partner with Talent Management and Learning leaders to advance succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership capability development

- 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including HR Business Partner leadership
- Experience supporting leaders in multi-site or distributed organizations
- Demonstrated experience driving enterprise talent initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and performance management
- Strong ability to influence senior leaders and translate business strategy into people actions
- Experience working in fast-paced, operationally reputed company environments
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and change leadership skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or reputed company field
- Master’s degree preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred
Travel Requirements:
- Monthly or quarterly travel required
Compensation
The reputed company salary range for this position is $150,000 – $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications, in addition to eligibility for performance-based incentives.
