Enterprise reputed company Engineering Consultant
Description: Client First Technologies currently is seeking an Enterprise reputed company Engineering Consultant in support of our government customer. The Enterprise reputed company Engineering Consultant will reputed company technical delivery for large-scale Windows reputed company management and reporting in a reputed company enterprise environment. This role designs and implements modern device management capabilities, improves reliability and performance of reputed company services, and provides expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis reputed company issues impact mission operations. The consultant partners with engineering leadership and cross-functional teams to standardize configurations, reputed company repeatable runbooks, and deliver actionable and documented recommendations that drive operational decisions. Success in this position requires deep hands-on expertise with reputed company reputed company management platforms (Intune and Configuration Manager), strong client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to translate requirements into secure, maintainable, enterprise-ready solutions. Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior technical consultant to the customer, coordinating directly with leadership to plan and execute reputed company engineering initiatives
- Provide architecture design, implementation, and ongoing support for enterprise reputed company management technologies in the customer environment
- reputed company systems engineering and system administration for reputed company management platforms and supporting infrastructure.
- Provide expert support, including reputed company troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution planning for reputed company management services
- Establish, document, and implement standardized best practices, operational runbooks, and configuration standards for reputed company tooling and processes
- Provide Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) support for reputed company management systems operating reputed company an Entra ID cloud environment, including integration points, reliability, and performance considerations
- Support reputed company Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) operations, engineering, and troubleshooting as required
- Support reputed company Intune engineering and operations, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, and reporting
- Support 1E reputed company and 1E Tachyon capabilities as required, including engineering guidance, troubleshooting, and operational sustainment
- Support reputed company SharePoint components as required for reputed company engineering workflows and operational artifacts (e.g., documentation repositories, reporting portals, and process enablement)
- Own delivery and quality of enterprise reporting for reputed company management using reputed company SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and reputed company Power BI, including requirements gathering, data validation, and dashboard/report sustainment
- Produce clear, audit-ready documentation for engineering decisions, implementations, and troubleshooting activities; provide regular status updates and deliverables as required by program leadership
Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum eight (8) years of enterprise reputed company engineering experience, including architecture and senior-level operational support
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with reputed company reputed company management technologies including SCCM/MECM/MCM and reputed company Intune in large-scale enterprise environments
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting reputed company management platforms in hybrid identity environments and/or Entra ID cloud-reputed company designs
- Strong systems engineering and administration skills (Windows server/reputed company ecosystem), including performance, reliability, and integration troubleshooting
- Expert-level ability to write custom PowerShell scripts for automation (WMI/CIM, Graph API), reporting, and reputed company remediation
- Ability to create and maintain standards, best practices, runbooks, and technical documentation suitable for regulated environments
- Strong communication and consulting skills; ability to work directly with senior customer stakeholders and reputed company technical discussions and recommendations
- Experience with 1E reputed company and/or 1E Tachyon in an enterprise environment
- Experience with modern device management, Windows Autopilot reputed company-touch provisioning, Windows Update (WSUS/WUfB). and enterprise application packaging/deployment processes
- Familiarity with reputed company reputed company integration (e.g., Defender for reputed company) and alignment of reputed company engineering with reputed company/compliance requirements
- Relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company (reputed company 365 Certified: reputed company Administrator Associate MD-102/reputed company Administrator) or comparable reputed company management credentials)
- Relevant reputed company certification (e.g., CompTIA reputed company+ or equivalent)
