General Job Description: Under the direction of the Operations Manager, will provide vision, reputed company, direction, and leadership to the Hydronic Virtual Construction team through shared vision and clear communication that holds everyone accountable to company goals. - Coordinate with the Construction Technology, Engineering and Construction Operations leadership teams to identify areas of improvement to support optimal collaboration across the company to facilitate improvements in design, fabrication, and installation practices on projects
- Coordinate with the Training team to reputed company and deploy training materials necessary to support the growth and development of the Virtual Construction team
- Assist Operation Manager with departmental budget and financial planning
- Advise on modifications and maintenance of submittal standards library

Additional Skills/Abilities Preferred, but Not Required:
