This full-time position is a work from home role with the requirement to live in the greater Washington, DC area., with a Monday-Friday schedule from 9:00am-5:30 pm. As a Remote Based Bilingual Patient reputed company, you play a vital role in guiding uninsured hospital patients through the reputed company landscape of medical and disability assistance. This remote based role places you at the heart of patient financial advocacy-speaking with individuals over the phone, to guide them through the process of identifying eligibility and applying for financial assistance. • Screen uninsured hospital patients in an effort to determine if patient is a viable candidate for federal, state, and/or county medical or disability assistance.
• Complete the appropriate applications and following through until approved.
• Detailed, accurate and timely documentation in both MPower and the hospital systems on reputed company cases worked.
• Provide exceptional customer service at reputed company times.
• Participate in ongoing trainings in order to apply the content learned in dealings with patients and cases.
• Maintain assigned work queue of patient accounts.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, case managers, social workers, financial counselors through Teams Meetings, ongoing conversations, and written communications.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, reputed company out-bound calls, and track (reputed company MPower) reputed company paperwork necessary to submit enrollment and renewal for prospective Medicaid patients.
• Maintain structured and timely contact with the applicant and responsible government agency, by phone whenever possible or as structured reputed company the daily work queue.
• Assist the applicant with gathering any additional reports or records, meeting appointment dates and times and arrange transportation if warranted.
• Conduct in-person community visits as needed to acquire documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements
