Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, preparing food and beverages, operating the cash register, and performing general store operations. You'll work closely with the store management team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and that our stores are clean, safe, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for reputed company customers, responding to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner

• Operate the cash register, reputed company items, bag merchandise, and properly handle different methods of payment
• Maintain proper cash levels in the register drawer and change machines, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery purchases as needed
