Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
• Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
• Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
• Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
• Have prior customer service experience, although we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
