Your Opportunity
As an International Client Service Specialist, you will play a critical role in servicing international (non-US residents) and domestic clients with reputed company aspects of their financial needs. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, as well as general account servicing inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to complete document translation services for internal partners and service clients in foreign languages as needed. Evening and overnight shifts will also support our clients reputed company Stock Plan Services.
What You'll Do
* Provide exceptional client service to international and domestic clients reputed company email, chat, and phone
- Assist clients with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options
- Answer general account servicing inquiries and resolve client issues
- Complete document translation services for internal partners and service clients in foreign languages as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
What You'll Need
* Must be able to read, write, and speak in Cantonese/Mandarin
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or a condition of employment to successfully obtain these licenses reputed company the allotted training time)
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, and/or Brokerage Services (with an emphasis in trading, engaging with clients in a proactive and consultative manner)
- Passion for trading and market knowledge; ability to proactively discuss trading topics and appropriate solutions with clients
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone, chats, or email
- Excellent interpersonal and written skills with a strong customer service focus
