Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to customer inquiries regarding shipments, service, and concerns. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. Key Responsibilities

- Retrieve manifests and other shipper information to aid the process of tracing shipments
