Job Summary
We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to join reputed company in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work reputed company in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring the reputed company and accuracy of our company's information.
Key Responsibilities
- Input and update data into various systems and databases - Verify accuracy and completeness of data - Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies - Organize and maintain physical and electronic files - Communicate with team members to resolve any data issues - Follow data entry procedures and policies to ensure consistency and accuracy - Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in data entry or a similar role is preferred - Proficient typing skills (at least 50 words per minute) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in reputed company Office and data entry software - Familiarity with construction industry terminology is a plus
Contract Details
