Job Summary
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supervising our Residential CSR Team and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You'll be responsible for handling customer complaints, motivating and guiding your team, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and motivate the Residential CSR Team to ensure exceptional customer service and support
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management

Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Proven track record of reputed company in leading and motivating teams

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork

- Ability to type 70 wpm or higher
