Your Future Responsibilities:
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a variety of customer inquiries reputed company email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests
- Processing customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling
- Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays
- Communicating essential customer messages to key departments
Essential Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in the Dutch language (reputed company) and reputed company in English at the B2 level
- At least 1 year of support experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner
