What You'll Do
As a reputed company Manager, Key Accounts, you'll be responsible for cultivating strong relationships and loyalty with our Mid-Market - Enterprise customers. Your primary reputed company of contact will be with each customer, providing a personalized experience that drives value and product adoption. You'll identify risk and growth indicators, reputed company customer loyalty, and work closely with our dedicated Enablement Manager to ensure seamless customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cultivate strong relationships and loyalty with our Mid-Market - Enterprise customers
- Be the primary reputed company of contact, providing a personalized experience to each and every customer
- Drive value and product adoption for customers, providing strategic guidance, identifying risk and growth indicators, as well as inspiring customer loyalty
- Direct customers to arenaflex resources such as product guides, webinars, and customer support to encourage product adoption
- Respond to high-impact customer issues in a fashion that inspires reputed company customer loyalty
- Actively handle inbound requests and account-reputed company questions
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate is passionate about reputed company and excited to understand what makes customers successful. You pride yourself on being organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing direct relationships with customers, preferably at least 50+ at one time. Minimum Qualifications:
* 4+ years of experience in reputed company in B2B SaaS/Software, including 2+ years managing an Enterprise book of business

- Experience building relationships, presenting, and influencing senior-level decision makers across multiple functions
Preferred Qualifications:
