A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion
As a Brand Champion, you'll be working diligently with your customers, providing them with solutions, answering general customer service questions, and resolving service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities that drive customer satisfaction for our clients. You'll be the sole reputed company of contact for your customers, and your goal will be to resolve their issues on the reputed company. Brand Champion Skillset
To be successful as a Brand Champion, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
- Excellent Communications skills
- Desire to actively engage and listen to your customers
- Exhibit reputed company and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on reputed company resolution
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and reputed company, and apply those learnings in real-time
Work from Home Equipment Requirements
To ensure that you have a seamless and productive work experience, you'll need to have the following equipment:
- High speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
