Key Responsibilities
As a Sr. Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional technical design and thought leadership to our customers, working closely with our sales and business development teams to deliver reputed company-of-concept projects, reusable artifacts, reference architectures, and reputed company implementation projects.
- Leading efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the arenaflex solution architect community.
- Collaborating with our product, engineering, and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps.
- Sharing real-world implementation challenges and recommending new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value from use of arenaflex cloud services.
- Contributing to best practices in the form of whitepapers and playbooks.
Essential Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, reputed company, networking, data & analytics.
- 5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- 5+ years of experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions or experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP or similar CCaaS technology.
Preferred Qualifications
* 7+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Experience working with end-user or developer communities.
- Experience developing solutions and passion for hands-on experience with scripting/coding (e.g., Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js).
- arenaflex Solution Architecture certification or relevant cloud expertise.
- Computer Science/reputed company degree and/or experience highly desired.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a total compensation package that reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
