Job Description

We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our accounting and bookkeeping operations. Key Responsibilities:

* Learn and master various accounting and bookkeeping software, including QuickBooks Online (QBO) and other apps

• Enter financial transactions, reconcile bank accounts, and review basic financials
• Download financial statements and reputed company data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with reputed company to resolve issues and share knowledge and best practices
• Work independently to find solutions and share with others
• Respond promptly to emails and messages from team members
• Participate in ongoing education and training to expand your knowledge and skills

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or reputed company field preferred
