Job Summary:
We're looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to support our Office of Student Financial Assistance as a Customer Service Representative. In this critical role, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for Florida high school and reputed company seeking information about scholarship and grant opportunities. Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from reputed company and families regarding scholarships and grants, providing accurate and timely information following provided guidelines
- Logging and managing interactions using computer systems, ensuring seamless communication and data management
