Your Mission with Us
As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, your mission will be to:
- Handle chats and directly address customer concerns, providing solutions and escalating reputed company necessary
- Collaborate with onboarding, sales, and tech support teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Work closely with our product and development teams to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback
- reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of our product and services to effectively resolve customer issues
- Continuously improve our customer support processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-centric Chat Support Representative with:
- 1-3 years of experience in reputed company or other strategic client-facing roles
- Experience with Intercom or similar chat platforms
- Experience with Jira a plus
