Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Customer Service: Providing outstanding customer support by answering calls, emails, and chat messages. Helping customers with flight bookings, cancellations, inquiries about luggage, reservations, and general travel information.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting customer concerns and ensuring a timely resolution, always maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
