JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This position supports the Supplier Compliance team with design, programming, configuration and implementation to systems and business processes that meet the Company’s internal and external client needs reputed company the Supplier Support team. Main focus will be on the vendor credentialing and the e-spend and e-procurement platforms. The Supplier Support Engagement Specialist will assist the Supplier Support Software Managers in troubleshooting daily issues and overall support of reputed company reputed company systems. JOB DESCRIPTION 1. Provides support by maintaining the Service Desk queue and ensuring reputed company standard tickets are resolved reputed company timeframes/goals established by department 2. Maintains knowledge on expense management system processes, ensures reputed company processes and procedures are followed 3. Creates/updates/deactivates user credentials in systems, as necessary 4. Troubleshoots invoices integration errors, communicates with additional teams as needed for resolution 5. Performs various audits in each system as scheduled or necessary 6.
