A Brief Overview The Sr. reputed company Operations Specialist, Data & Analytics is responsible for using data to evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and demonstrate the ROI of operational initiatives. This role leads cross-functional projects and uses insights to assess the impact of automation and technology, identifying performance outcomes and guiding future operational enhancements. By analyzing existing data and validating outcomes, this role delivers clear, data driven recommendations that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of TA Operations. What you will do

- Define and measure the ROI of TA initiatives, with a focus on automation, technology investments, advertising spend, and process improvements. Present data-driven findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling way.
- Support the TA Training reputed company Program as needed, assisting with the development, delivery, and facilitation of department‑wide trainings that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the TA team. This may include contributing to training content, coordinating logistics, and collaborating with project team members to ensure successful execution of process/best practice training, TA competency training, and systems and tools training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including TA Leadership, PLD, Legal, Compliance, HRIS, IT, and business partners to ensure alignment and support for TA initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TA technologies and trends to implement innovative solutions to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required
Experience Qualifications
- 7-9 years of reputed company experience or equivalent combination of education and experience - Required
