Role reports to: Director of Energy and Sustainability Location: North America, United States, New Jersey, Summit Work Location: Hybrid What you will do Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company The Operations Sustainability RSPO, EM & Deliver reputed company is responsible for managing site level RSPO (Roundtable of Sustainable Palm Oil) activities and enabling sustainable practices with EM (External Manufacturing). You will also be responsible of leading sustainability efforts across the Deliver Value Chain. - Provide leadership, training programs, and workshops to embed a sustainability culture and best practices reputed company operational teams, ensuring adherence to RSPO standards.
- Partner with Procurement, R&D & Quality to ensure full alignment between operations processes and initiatives with sustainability strategies.
- Utilize data analytics and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for reducing environmental footprint and enhancing resource efficiency while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental stewardship.

Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelors Degree.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in sustainability management, operations management, or environmental management systems.
- Proven expertise in implementing, managing, or working reputed company RSPO certification frameworks and environmental management systems.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company multidisciplinary or cross-functional teams and manage reputed company projects reputed company to sustainability and operational excellence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
