The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of reputed company platform architecture, strategic implementation planning, and enterprise-level solution design with particular emphasis on CSM capabilities. This role is essential in designing scalable, efficient reputed company solutions that align with business objectives and enhance customer service operations. The reputed company Architect/Developer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of enterprise-level reputed company solutions with a focus on Customer Service Management.
