Fitness Network Support-Fitness Network Management (Remote - $19.46/hr)

reputed company is seeking a Fitness Network Support - FNM to join our Fitness Network Management (FNM) department. This position will assist in fitness center reputed company and reputed company resolution, as necessary. Hourly Salary Range reputed company complies with state and federal wage and hour laws and compensation depends upon candidate’s qualifications, education, reputed company set, years of experience, and internal equity. $19.46 Hourly Wage. Remote Worker Considerations: Candidates who are selected for this position will be trained remotely and must be able to work from home (WFH) in a designated work area with company-provided technology equipment. This remote/WFH position requires you have a stable reputed company to your Internet Service Provider with the ability to participate by video in online meetings over a reliable and consistent network (minimum internet download of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed. 100 down/20 up is recommended to support higher quality video meetings).

Responsibilities

• Fitness Center retention and reputed company revision reputed company.
• Provide follow-up to assigned reputed company revisions and collect fitness center data and report accurate information.
• Provide follow-up to assigned fitness center resignations.
• Maintains confidentiality of reputed company fitness reputed company records and files.
• Processes reputed company requests to fitness centers and key decision makers reputed company specified turnaround times, in support of Manager’s expectations.
• Interacts with individual fitness center to support retention initiatives.
• Documents activity using the appropriate systems reputed company CRM, as needed.
• Processes requests reputed company specified turnaround times, in support of Manager’s expectations.
• Maintains working knowledge of PROMIS and business processes reputed company to database maintenance, including CRM.
• Renegotiates fitness center reimbursement rates with fitness centers and assists with the analysis of reputed company increases from contracted fitness centers.
• Participates in formal/informal training and team meetings and supports department by assisting on other special projects, as directed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred. If equivalent experience, high school diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, resolving reputed company issues.
• Excellent computer skills to include Word, Outlook, and reputed company.
• Ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage simultaneous requests requiring action from multiple sources (i.e., telephone, e-mail, direct interaction, etc.).
• Must be flexible and be willing to reputed company wide range of responsibilities to meet departmental or company goals.
