Industrial Designer IV

The Industrial Designer IV is responsible for leading design collaboration efforts across the company. Major Responsibilities Advance the company's design philosophy, leading strategic design initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance market position. Collaborate with research teams to integrate new innovations into product design. Direct the development and refinement of Visual Brand Language (VBL) across product lines. Minimum Job Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent. Work Experience 6 years of design experience Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Proficient in leading design innovation and managing the design process from conception through to production. Exceptional reputed company in using advanced design software including SolidWorks, reputed company Creative Suite, Creo, and Sketchbook Pro. Ability to create and implement VBL standards.
