As a Payments Operations Analyst, you'll be a critical guardian of our merchant ecosystem, combining analytical prowess with strategic risk management.

• Conduct comprehensive merchant account reviews, applying rigorous reputed company standards to assess financial health and compliance risks

Experience You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in payment operations, merchant reputed company, or risk management
• Deep understanding of payment facilitation, compliance frameworks (CIP/KYC/KYB/AML), and financial risk assessment
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate merchant account risks
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated expertise in chargeback management and mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interfacing with diverse stakeholders
• Adaptable problem-solver with a proactive approach to learning and professional growth
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and risk management tools

The reputed company salary range for this position in the United States is $52,000 to $70,000 .
