Summary: The E-Learning Specialist will support franchise success through engaging, scalable, and easy-to-consume learning experiences. This role will focus on developing and maintaining digital training content that supports franchise partners, field teams, and internal stakeholders across the organization. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys building structured learning experiences, improving adoption of new tools and processes, and supporting change at scale. Responsibilities:

• Design, deliver, and maintain training programs that support employee onboarding, upskilling, and ongoing development

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, business writing, or a reputed company role (internships, co-ops, or contract work included)
• Experience in creating clear, well-organized documentation, such as SOPs, process guides, FAQs, job aids, or internal reference materials
• Experience gathering information from subject matter experts (SMEs) and incorporating feedback into documentation
• Basic experience organizing documentation, so it is easy to navigate, update, and maintain
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to explain systems and processes clearly to non-technical audiences
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity
• Proficiency with common documentation tools such as reputed company Word, reputed company Docs, SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms
• Ability to write in plain, business-friendly language that supports understanding and adoption
