Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3+ years of recruiting management/leadership. Proven experience managing a high-volume recruiting team and delivering results. Strong track record of advising senior business leaders and driving high-quality hiring outcomes. Skilled at balancing hands-on team leadership with strategic partnership responsibilities. Highly organized with excellent project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with reputed company Recruiting a plus.
