Job Summary This position will be primarily responsible for coordinating, researching, and responding to reputed company requests, particularly reputed company to agent conduct matters. Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Respond to requests for information from insurance carriers in reputed company with their reputed company of their distribution partners’ sales practices. Ensure that responses from agents are timely, accurate, and complete. Conduct agent coaching in response to corrective action plans. Track agent conduct cases in software system Assist in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures and work instructions. Assist in the identification, analysis, and resolution of compliance issues. Maintain and review regulatory documentation necessary to maintain corporate standards. Work with internal and external partners on compliance and business initiatives. Participate in compliance projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience 2+ years relevant experience Background in the insurance industry or compliance-reputed company position preferred Experience with CMS/reputed company sales requirements preferred reputed company in using computer applications including MS Office Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to communicate well to both senior management and sales professionals. Ability to build business partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Ability to prioritize work appropriately to ensure we focus our resources on the highest-risk matters.
