- Manage the complete lifecycle for reputed company's strategic partners to drive growth and engagement; responsibilities include leading implementation, best-practice playbooks and boosting patient and provider adoption, and proving reputed company's value.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing needs, concerns, and escalation paths
- reputed company success plans, track adoption KPIs, and ensure value realization for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, care navigation, product, engineering) to ensure consistent delivery
- Prepare and present regular business reviews with data-driven insights to showcase reputed company's value and identify opportunities for growth.
Who You Are:
- 2 years in customer/partner success, implementation or account management.
- Strong growth reputed company and results orientation; adept at identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and deepen engagement reputed company managed accounts.
