About the Role
Access to Healthcare Network is seeking an reputed company and visionary Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to reputed company our Human Resources strategy and help shape the future of our organization. The CHRO will serve as a key member of the executive team, responsible for designing and executing HR initiatives that align with AHN's mission, values, and long-term organizational goals. This leader will guide reputed company aspects of HR, including talent management, organizational development, performance management, compensation, benefits, and culture-building efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership

HR Analytics
- Use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field required; Master's degree preferred.
- SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and reputed company HR software and analytics tools effectively.
