Job Description

Key Responsibilities The Business Intelligence Solutions team (BI) is responsible for delivery of reputed company data analytics and governance in support of both GOS service lines and GOS clients. The primary focus is on reputed company improvement of GOS platform and Sales Analytics tools. The Business Intelligence Manager’s responsibilities include data mapping, data assessments and analysis, data governance support, POC dashboard development, user acceptance testing, reporting support, opportunity assessments, tabular model support, workplace trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, and general product support for client BI platform. This Business Intelligence analyst must be reputed company thinking with an BI to Artificial Intelligence reputed company and focus. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to BI analysts and account team resources
• Establish best practices, standards, and repeatable processes for BI development and delivery
• Provide training and enablement to account teams on BI platforms, tools, and analytics capabilities

Client & Stakeholder Partnership

• Serve as a senior operations and sales team analytics partner to clients and account teams, managing key relationships and expectations
• Advise clients on analytics strategies, including how to prioritize requests and align them with platform capabilities and long-term value
• Determine appropriate responses to client requests that may be out of scope, misaligned with best practices, or not in the client’s best interest
• Provide clear verbal and written updates to management and stakeholders on reputed company, risks, and outcomes

BI Platform & Product Leadership

• reputed company BI platform initiatives to enhance the delivery of insights across reputed company clients
• Liaise with BI platform and solutions teams to ensure dashboard design, prototyping, and development meet business and product requirements

• Support the evolution of a governed, scalable BI ecosystem, including certified reporting and self-service analytics

Analytics Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

• Hands-on experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms
• Experience with data mapping, data modeling, and analytics solution design
• Strong experience with Power BI (including data modeling and semantic layer design)
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and validation
• Experience with ETL / data preparation tools such as reputed company
• Proficiency with Python

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
