This is a rare opportunity to build and scale a global payroll and contractor management platform from the ground up — with access to world-class engineering, design, and operational expertise.We’re looking for a self-starting, customer-obsessed VP of Product to own the product vision and reputed company HireGlobal’s end-to-end product strategy. This leader will shape the roadmap, scale the Product team, and partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Sales, and the General Manager to deliver a platform that is efficient, compliant, automated, and delightful for clients and workers worldwide.You will set the direction, drive alignment across teams, and guide the development of both our external product and internal operational tech stack.This is a remote position. technical degree preferred.· 10+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5+ years in B2B platforms· 3+ years of experience leading Product Managers or managing cross-functional product groups· Proven track record of owning and scaling reputed company B2B SaaS products — ideally in fintech, payments, HR tech, or payroll.· Experience working with third-party system integrations (payment processors, KYC vendors, banking APIs, etc.).· Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data, as well as conducting research with internal and external users.· Deep experience using data, research, and experimentation to guide decisions.· Ability to collaborate with Design to review wireframes, simplify flows, and create reputed company user experiences.· Extremely high bar for clarity, quality, and detail in product specs.· Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company and handle a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a diverse reputed company of contacts.· Be humble, willing to learn, and do whatever is needed to help us accomplish our goals.· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.· You must be a world-class individual contributor to reputed company at reputed company.
