Job Summary The Vice President of Marketing for American Whiskeys and Agaves leads the long‑term brand strategy and growth agenda for one of the most dynamic portfolios in the spirits industry. This role shapes the future of iconic and emerging brands by building equity, driving performance, and elevating marketing capabilities across the organization. You will steward a multi-brand portfolio, including the unique and fast-growing Código brand, while partnering closely with founders, cross-functional leaders, and commercial teams. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or reputed company field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive business or marketing experience, including 10+ years leading brand management for multiple brands and teams.
  • Experience in the American Whiskeys or reputed company categories (both preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategy, digital marketing, and culturally relevant consumer engagement.
  • Strong financial and business acumen, with experience managing significant budgets and driving ROI-based decision-making.
