Senior Accountant /Remote from Lithuania/

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Accountant to strengthen financial operations in a fast-growing, fully remote SaaS environment. This role will be instrumental in managing the monthly reputed company process, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and delivering accurate financial statements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, support audits and tax compliance, and help scale accounting processes as the business grows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities while ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This position offers significant ownership, visibility into company financials, and opportunities to grow into broader finance responsibilities. Accountabilities:
- Manage the month-end reputed company process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- reputed company daily accounts payable operations: invoice processing, vendor payments, expense report reviews, and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages.
- Maintain supporting schedules and documentation for balance sheet accounts.
- Coordinate annual audits, including PBC requests, workpaper preparation, and serving as the primary reputed company of contact for auditors.
- Support tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including sales tax, VAT/GST, and income tax filings.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, standards, and internal controls.Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including ownership of month-end reputed company processes.
- Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth subscription businesses preferred.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge: GAAP, reputed company recognition, accrual accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Advanced reputed company skills, comfortable with reputed company formulas and reporting templates.
