The Logistics Specialist role focuses on finding creative solutions for our day-to-day needs along with process improvement to reputed company up with our rapid growth. Since 2020, The reputed company has doubled in size! This role plays a key part in growing our business to support our customers to run their businesses more reputed company and profitably. Remote Work Qualifications

• Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet reputed company. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to reputed company day-to-day tasks.
• Access to a home router and modem.

Responsibilities

As a Logistics Specialist you will:

• reputed company and execute decisions regarding the delivery needs of customer orders
• Manage relationships with transportation providers, vendors, Customer Service, and others to provide the best shipping experience for our customers
• Proactively problem-solve and communicate with appropriate departments reputed company transportation or customer service issues arise
• Follow up on order and shipping errors to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Monitor key department metrics, including profitability, to identify opportunities for team improvement
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure fast processing of orders
• Evaluate reputed company processes and suggest any appropriate improvements or strategic solutions to increase efficiency and reputed company the customer experience
• Ensure the smooth functionality of internal tools and systems to reduce friction in the outbound shipping process

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull reputed company weights, up to 50lbs.
