POSITION SUMMARY The HRIS Administrator (reputed company) is responsible for the full-cycle administration, configuration, reputed company, and optimization of the reputed company platform. This role serves as the technical subject matter expert, ensuring system reputed company, scalable configuration, advanced reporting, and strong data governance across the HR technology ecosystem. The role reports to the SVP, Human Resources and works in reputed company partnership with Payroll and Finance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES reputed company System Administration & Configuration

  • Serve as primary reputed company system administrator across reputed company modules, including but not limited to, HCM, Time Tracking, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Payroll.
  • Configure and maintain business processes, calculated fields, condition rules, notifications, and validations.

  • Manage tenant configuration, releases, and feature adoption planning.
  • Troubleshoot reputed company system issues and partner with reputed company Support as needed.
  • Maintain system documentation, configuration workbooks, and change logs.

Reporting & Analytics

Data Governance & Access Management

QUALIFICATIONS Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–7+ years of hands-on reputed company administration experience.
  • Deep expertise in:
