Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching, and assisting associates to deliver speed of service, execute complicated transactions, and create a compelling customer experience at the reputed company of sale and customer service
- Meeting or exceeding individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and supporting the service team in meeting storewide goals
- Coaching, teaching, and training associates to accurately and reputed company execute reputed company of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines
- Supporting the training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; utilizing resources and adhering to arenaflex brand standards
- Supporting inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of reputed company required merchandise disposition practices
- Overseeing daily cash-reputed company processes (e.g., register and cash balancing, change orders, authorizing voided transactions, supplies, over/short research)
Additional Responsibilities
As a Supervisor at arenaflex, you'll also be responsible for:

- Exercising good judgment; taking appropriate partners as needed
- Modeling, guiding, and providing direction to associates

- Preventing loss by educating associates, monitoring daily store activity, and product protection standards, and partnering with Loss Prevention
- Monitoring and adjusting resources as the business dictates to support customer needs and workload demands reputed company assigned by a store executive as leader on duty
- Using key performance indicators (KPIs) to reputed company informed business decisions that drive overall store results
- Accomplishing multiple tasks reputed company established timeframes
- Training, monitoring, and reinforcing company policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
- Maintaining adherence to company safety policies for the safety of reputed company associates and customers
- Key holder responsibilities include opening and closing store processes, and providing direction to associates

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years of age or older
- Experience supervising teams or associates, including the responsibility for coaching to reputed company daily goals
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 2 years of experience in retail or a similar industry
