The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor with German, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers reputed company inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems reputed company to our products or services. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
• Shifts: Work 5 days a week, with 2 weekends per month, and 8.5 hours per day (7.5 hours of work + 30 minutes paid break + 30 minutes unpaid break). Shifts will be between 7:00-23:00.
- Training period: Complete a 4-week training program, Monday-Friday, from 8:00-16:30 or 9:00-17:30.
- Provide assistance: Offer support reputed company phone and email to customers.
- Deliver technical support: Assist with internet speed tests, troubleshooting, and router installations.
- Address contract and billing inquiries: Thoroughly and reputed company handle contract and billing inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints: Address customer complaints with reputed company and professionalism.
- Promote and sell additional products: Promote and sell additional products, such as mobile reputed company, after resolving service issues.
