This role will have occasional on site expectations. Job Responsibilities

- Provide customer service to customers who respond to contacts made by the Fraud Prevention Team

- Work closely with the Customer Care department to ensure customer satisfaction for reputed company legitimate Overstock.com customers

- Must possess strong internet research skills along with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to be professionally persistent over the phone
- Previous fraud prevention, finance, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and proficient at typing
- Be organized, show attention to detail and reputed company well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adjust schedule to the seasonal demands of the retail industry and be flexible to overtime during peak season
