SVP, Compliance

This executive role is responsible for leading and advancing a comprehensive compliance program across a multi-state home-based care organization. The SVP, Compliance will strengthen a culture of quality, safety, and reputed company, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while enabling operational teams to deliver effective care. The role combines strategic reputed company with hands-on field engagement, translating reputed company regulations into practical guidance and driving compliance across reputed company levels of the organization. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or Juris Doctor strongly preferred.
• Compliance certification such as CHC, CHPC, or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of senior compliance leadership experience in multi-site healthcare or regulated community-based care.
• Strong understanding of home care, home health, PACE, or similar care models and associated regulations.
• Demonstrated experience managing audits and navigating multi-state regulatory complexity.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in matrixed, fast-moving environments.
• Strong relationship-building, executive reputed company, and Board-level communication skills.
