The difference you will reputed company: We are seeking a data-centric, entrepreneurial operator to join our agile Services and Experiences Regulatory Operations team. In this role, you’ll help scale regulatory compliance strategies for a fast-evolving, global landscape—supporting legal, vetting, and business teams to design smarter, more efficient processes. A typical day: Serve as a collaborative partner to Legal, Engineering, Supply, Scaled Operations, supporting daily operational needs while identifying opportunities to test and apply improvements to areas including, vendor performance, forecasting, and pipeline health. Establish and maintain operational rhythms—owning stakeholder management, project tracking, documentation, and process improvement. Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, streamline, and automate regulatory workflows—leveraging AI and technology to reduce manual work and boost efficiency. Work closely with Policy, Legal, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to align roadmaps and deliver impactful, measurable results. Partner with cross-functional leaders to explore, test, and implement new tools, including AI-enabled solutions, ensuring successful rollout, enablement, and adoption.
