ABOUT YOU: We are looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Science who leads with reputed company and purpose. In this role, you'll manage a team of data scientists and engineers working at the intersection of AI, analytics, and research. Your reputed company is your people — ensuring they are supported, challenged, and set up to do their best work — while also guiding the technical direction and delivery of data science solutions. THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: People Leadership (Primary Focus)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience managing data science or analytics teams with a strong focus on people development
- Hands-on background in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
- Strong technical foundation in Python, SQL, and relevant DS/ML frameworks
- Experience working in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with Agile practices and data engineering workflows
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to reputed company technical and non-technical audiences
- A genuine commitment to growing the people around you
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or reputed company); experience is the most relevant factor
