strategic advisor to senior leaders

, helping translate business priorities into integrated people strategies that support performance, leadership development, and organizational growth. You will partner closely with HR leadership and operational leaders to strengthen succession planning, leadership pipeline development, and performance management practices across the organization. In this role, you will: + Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and reputed company people matters + reputed company and support HR Business Partner execution across markets while helping bring an

enterprise perspective to talent and leadership planning

Ideal candidates will bring: + 10+ years of progressive human resources experience, including HR Business Partner leadership + Experience supporting leaders in multi-site or distributed organizations + Demonstrated experience driving enterprise talent initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and performance management + Strong ability to influence senior leaders and translate business strategy into people actions + Experience working in fast-paced, operationally reputed company environments + Exceptional communication, coaching, and change leadership skills

• *Education**

+ Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or reputed company field + Master's degree preferred + HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred

• *Compensation**

The

reputed company salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000
